About the Team At Nutanix, you will have the opportunity to join the G&A-Data team, a group of 19 individuals located across different regions. This team is known for its innovative and fun culture, where collaboration and thinking outside the box are encouraged. You will report to the Senior Manager, Business Analytics. At Nutanix, we believe in a hybrid work setup, which means employees are required to come into the office for 3 days a week. This setup allows for a good balance between in-person collaboration and remote work flexibility. As part of your role at Nutanix, there will be travel requirements involved. This could include visiting different office locations, attending conferences, or meeting with clients, depending on the needs of the business. As a Tableau Developer in Nutanix, you will be responsible for creating data visualisation solutions to improve business processes. This role will include tasks such as generating Tableau dashboard reports, creating business intelligence reports and visualisations, and working with source data teams. Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, conduct unit testing, and maintain complex Tableau reports for scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and re-use. Provide technical expertise in areas of dashboard architecture, design, and implementation. Work with team members to create useful reports and dashboards that provide insight, improve/automate processes, or otherwise add value to the team. Work through iterative review cycles to deliver results that meet or exceed user expectations. Ensure consistency by adhering to standards and templates. Requirements Proven experience of 7+ years in designing and developing Tableau dashboards. Ability to query and display large data sets while maximising the performance of the workbook. Ability to interpret technical or dashboard structure and translate complex business requirements to technical specifications. Advanced Tableau development skills required. Understanding of advanced calculations and functions. A solid understanding of SQL, relational database management systems, data modelling, and normalisation Strong communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.

Skill - Tableau + SQL Exp - 5- 10 yrs Location - Bangalore Role & responsibilities 5+ Expertise in building dashboards, management reports using Tableau and related technologies. Role & responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance new data sources and tables, contributing to data engineering efforts to ensure comprehensive and efficient data architecture. Serves as the liaison between Data Engineer team and the Airport operation teams, developing new data sources and overseeing enhancements to existing database; being one of the main contact points for data requests, metadata, and statistical analysis Migrates all existing Hive Metastore tables to Unity Catalog, addressing access issues and ensuring smooth transition of jobs and tables. Collaborate with IT teams to validate package (gold level data) table outputs during the production deployment of developed notebooks Develop and implement data quality alerting systems and Tableau alerting mechanisms for dashboards, setting up notifications for various thresholds. Create and maintain standard reports and dashboards to provide insights into airport performance, helping guide stations to optimize operations and improve performance. Preferred candidate profile Master's degree / UG Min 5 -10 years of experience Databricks (Azur op) Good Communication Experience developing solutions on a Big Data platform utilizing tools such as Impala and Spark Advanced knowledge/experience with Azure Databricks, PySpark , ( Teradata )/Databricks SQL Advanced knowledge/experience in Python along with associated development environments (e.g. JupyterHub, PyCharm, etc.) Advanced knowledge/experience in building Tableau Dashboard / Clikview / PowerBi Basic idea on HTML and JavaScript Immediate Joiner Skills, Licenses & Certifications Strong project management skills Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint); advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Advanced aptitude in problem-solving, including the ability to logically structure an appropriate analytical framework Proficient in SharePoint, PowerApp and ability to use Graph API
