Systems Engineer

As a Systems Engineer at Quadeye, you will be responsible for designing robust, resilient, and fast trading systems that are crucial for executing trading strategies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing real-time trade execution and risk management systems with latency sensitivity down to nanoseconds. - Identifying bottlenecks in critical paths and optimizing the code for improved performance. - Researching and exploring opportunities to reduce latencies in various areas such as OS, kernel, networking stack, kernel bypass, low latency system tuning, CPU architecture, and implementing robust and scalable algorithms with cache-efficient data structures. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong problem-solving and coding skills. - Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming, preferably in C++ or C. - Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong work ethics and excellent communication skills. - Working knowledge of Linux. - Knowledge of Python or Perl would be a plus.
