Job Title: System Administrator

Location: Chandivali, Mumbai

Salary Bracket: Up to ₹8 LPA

Employment Type: Full-time

Workdays: Monday - Friday & Alternate Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

● Install, configure, and maintain Linux (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows Server environments.

● Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.

● Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies in Windows AD.

● Maintaining & Troubleshooting the physical server.

● Implement and maintain system security protocols, including patch management, firewalls, and intrusion detection.

● Managing Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related services.

● Perform backups, disaster recovery planning, and data restore activities.

● Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure proper system integration and security.

● Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

● Lead system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal downtime.

● Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and best practices in system administration.

● Maintaining Asset data & Audit & server monitoring.

Skill:

● 3 to 5 years of experience in system administration with expertise in Linux and Windows servers.

● Strong knowledge of Windows Server versions and Active Directory.

● Maintaining & Troubleshooting the physical server.

● Experience with virtualization and cloud platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, Azure) is a plus.

● Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, etc.

● Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related services.

● Familiarity with security best practices, patch management, and compliance standards.

● Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, CompTIA Server+ are advantageous.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

● Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
