Position Summary:

Senior Storage Engineer / Storage Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage

  enterprise storage solutions across SAN, NAS, and Object Storage platforms.
• Lead

  migration projects

  and upgrades across multi-vendor storage systems.
• Provide

  operational support

  for critical storage environments in a 24x7 enterprise setting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, cloud, application, database) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  
• Manage

  performance, capacity, replication, and disaster recovery

  for large-scale storage infrastructures (multi-PB).
• Ensure

  high availability and resiliency

  across storage services.
• Create and maintain

  documentation, SOPs, and runbooks

  .
• Contribute to

  automation initiatives

  using scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to improve efficiency.
• Act as a

  trusted advisor

  to stakeholders, ensuring business requirements align with storage solutions.

Experience & Profile:

• 15+ years

  overall IT experience, with

  10+ years dedicated to enterprise storage

  .
• Strong track record in

  large-scale, enterprise-grade storage environments

  (multi-PB).
• Experience delivering

  strategic storage initiatives

  under strict timelines.

• Customer-oriented mindset

  , with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Strong

  collaboration and teamwork

  across infrastructure and application domains.
• Exposure to

  banking/financial services

  or other

  mission-critical enterprise environments

  (preferred).

Automation & Tools

• Scripting

  : Python, Bash, PowerShell (ability to read, modify, and execute scripts).

• Version control & CI/CD tools

  : Git, Jenkins (basic working knowledge).
• Familiarity with

  monitoring & performance analysis tools

  for storage.
