Job Description:

Excellent understanding of the technical fundamentals of internet.
Solid background knowledge of internet protocols such as SSH, FTP, SFTP & HTTP, as well as the ability to use diagnostic tools such as traceroute, ping, and dig.
Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent.
Excellent Windows, Mac, and Linux troubleshooting ability.
Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
Hands-on experience with Installation/Troubleshooting of Server-client issues, etc.,
Experience in Manage Firewall, Network, Switches, Office 365, etc.

Skills Required:

Good technical knowledge on Windows/Linux on any platform.
Confident and good communication skills.
The ability to be a good listener who can thoroughly understand customers’ problem or questions and help them solve it.
Excellent writing skills.
CCNA/MCSE/RHCE would be an added advantage.
