Job Description

We are seeking a System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have experience in system administration, troubleshooting, and network management. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and system applications.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control policies.

Ensure data security through regular backups, updates, and security patches.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Collaborate with IT teams to optimise system performance and efficiency.

Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect IT infrastructure.

Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Provide technical support to employees and assist with IT-related queries.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Who Should Apply

2-4 years of experience in system administration, network management, or IT support.

Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, cloud services, and virtualisation technologies.

Experience in managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations.
