Your role as a Cyber Security Analyst requires 5-8 years of experience in the field, with expertise in various domains and tools such as Elasticsearch (ELK), Sqrrl, CrowdStrike, FireEye Mandiant HX, SOAR, Cloud Incident Response, Sysinternals, Sysmon, malware analysis tools like Cuckoo, Cisco Threat Grid, ThreatConnect, and Cyber Detection technologies including Advanced Threat Detection Tools, UEBA Tools, Network Packet Analysis, and Endpoint Protection. You should have hands-on experience in investigating Spam and Malware samples. As a candidate for this position, you should possess Mandatory hands-on experience in at least one of the mentioned Domains/Tools. Additionally, certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, GCIH, GCFA are preferred. Your responsibilities will include actively participating in the detection, analysis, and response to potential security threats while continuously monitoring and enhancing the organization's security posture. You will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure a robust cybersecurity framework. Endpoint Management Specialist The role of an Endpoint Management Specialist is a senior technical expert responsible for resolving complex issues related to Windows operating systems, endpoint management, and network connectivity. This role involves advanced diagnostics, proactive optimization, and automation to ensure high performance, security, and reliability across enterprise endpoints. Responsibilities Advanced Diagnostics and Troubleshooting Perform deep analysis and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems and applications using advanced diagnostic tools and utilities. Required Experience and Skills: Expertise in Windows operating system diagnostics, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting. Experience with network monitoring platforms and automated diagnostic scripts. Strong scripting skills for automation and customization. Proven ability to resolve high-level technical issues and perform root cause analysis. Excellent communication, documentation, and mentoring skills. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of experience in advanced Windows support, endpoint management, or related engineering roles. Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable.
