Roles and Responsibilities
Quality Strategy & Planning
Define and implement end-to-end QA strategies for enterprise applications and AI/ML-driven solutions. Drive an automation-first mindset, ensuring maximum coverage through Selenium (Java) and other modern tools. Test Design & Execution
Develop robust test plans, scenarios, and scripts for SIT, E2E, and regression testing. Perform functional, integration, performance, and security testing for web and API layers. Automation Framework Development
Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium with Java, Rest Assured, and CI/CD pipelines. Implement automated testing for AI/ML models, including data validation, bias detection, and model performance checks. Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business teams to clarify requirements and ensure quality deliverables. Communicate test progress, risks, and mitigation plans effectively. Problem Solving & Ideation
Analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and propose innovative solutions. Contribute to process improvements and introduce new tools/techniques for efficiency. Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing
Guide teams on best practices for automation and AI/ML testing. Conduct training sessions on tools like Selenium, PowerApps, and Next-gen QA practices. Defect Management & Reporting
Ensure timely defect triage, root cause analysis, and closure. Provide detailed test metrics and dashboards for leadership visibility.

Essential Skills

Technical Expertise: Selenium (Java), Python, REST API testing, SQL, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git), cloud testing.
AI/ML Testing: Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), model validation, data integrity checks, and bias testing. Automation-First Mindset: Ability to convert manual scenarios into automated scripts efficiently. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities. Stakeholder Communication: Clear articulation of risks, timelines, and quality metrics. Adaptability & Learning: Eagerness to explore new tools (e.g., PowerApps, PowerAutomate) and emerging QA trends. Domain Knowledge: Telecom, Networking, Cloud, or relevant enterprise systems.
Soft Skills: Collaboration, leadership without authority, and proactive ownership.
