About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled React.js Frontend Developer with 3–4 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React 18, TypeScript, and core JavaScript, along with a proven ability to solve complex problems, design reusable components, and build performant, scalable web applications.
Key Responsibilities
*Develop, maintain, and optimize **modern, responsive web applications** using React 18 and TypeScript.
* Write **clean, maintainable, and reusable code** following best practices and coding standards.
* Implement **state management** using Redux (Redux Toolkit preferred).
* Work with **UI component libraries** such as Ant Design, Material UI, or similar.
* Build and maintain **reusable, scalable components** for multiple projects.
* Develop **complex forms** with Formik or React Hook Form, including **robust validation** logic.
* Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver **high-quality user experiences**.
* Apply **problem-solving skills** in **Low-Level Design (LLD)** and **Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)**.
* Optimize application performance and ensure **cross-browser compatibility**.
* Participate in **code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies**.
Must-Have Skills
React 18 – very fluent, deep understanding of hooks, context, lifecycle, and rendering optimizations.
TypeScript – very fluent in typing, generics, utility types, and type-safe APIs.
Core JavaScript (ES6+) – strong problem-solving and functional programming skills.
Redux – advanced experience in state management.
UI Libraries – Ant Design, Material UI, or similar.
Form Handling – strong experience with Formik or React Hook Form.
Form Validation – using Yup or similar libraries.
Reusable Components – strong experience in modular, maintainable component architecture.

* **GraphQL Client** (Apollo, urql, etc.).
* **WebSockets** for real-time updates.
* **Webpack** customization and performance optimization.
* **Low-Level Design (LLD)** best practices.
* **Testing** – Unit and integration testing with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
* **Performance Optimization** – React Profiler, lazy loading, memoization.
* **Responsive Design** – Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or CSS Modules.
* **REST API best practices** and integration patterns.
* **Code-splitting** and **lazy loading** strategies for large-scale applications.
* **Internationalization (i18n)** with libraries like react-intl or i18next.
* **Accessibility (A11y)** best practices.
* **Storybook** for isolated component development and documentation.
* **CI/CD** familiarity (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
* **Basic Node.js knowledge** for understanding backend APIs and integration.
* **Error monitoring & logging tools** (Sentry, LogRocket, etc.).
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
* 3–4 years of professional experience in frontend development.
* Strong portfolio or examples of past work.
