Sr. Project Manager

As a Sr. Project Manager at ScriptoFi, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting project operations for our development initiatives. You will need to bring a solid foundation in project coordination, agile practices, and documentation, while maintaining a collaborative mindset. **Key Responsibilities:** - Project Execution & Coordination - Plan and manage end-to-end project execution for development teams. - Align project scope, timelines, and deliverables with business goals. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time. - Use Agile methodology and Jira to manage sprints, backlogs, and workflows. - Documentation & Reporting - Prepare and maintain technical documents, user flows, meeting summaries, and status reports. - Create structured documentation for client communication and internal use. - Contribute to onboarding materials, user guides, and FAQs. - Maintain consistency and clarity in all written materials. - Task & Resource Management - Monitor team allocation across multiple projects. - Track task progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks. - Assist in reallocating resources to optimize output. - Jira Management & Agile Support - Maintain Jira boards, workflows, and dashboards. - Lead or support sprint planning and retrospectives. - Train team members on Jira best practices. - Quality Oversight & Testing Support - Collaborate with QA teams to track test progress and bug reporting. - Ensure that all deliverables meet defined quality standards. - Technical & Tool Requirements - Hands-on experience with Jira and familiarity with Confluence. - Basic knowledge of tech stacks such as Next.js, Nest.js, or MongoDB (preferred). - Exposure to UI/UX principles and tools like Figma is a plus. **Key Soft Skills:** - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. - Comfortable handling multiple tasks and switching contexts quickly.
