To be successful as a Full Stack Developer, you should have experience with proficiency in full-stack development with hands-on coding experience in Core Java, JPA/Hibernate, Spring framework, and basic caching concepts. Additionally, you should have knowledge of Spring ecosystem technologies including Spring Boot and Spring-Data, experience building secure and scalable applications following enterprise design principles, and solid coding practices for RESTful API development and consumption with an understanding of OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
