As a Content Operations Executive , you’ll run the day‑to‑day pipeline that transforms manuscripts into finished audiobooks in our Sonar Play App—validating content, generating and checking text/audio, preparing artwork/metadata, and publishing. You’ll be trained on our internal tools; what we need most is strong ownership and attention to detail. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Content validation Verify book availability, copyright status, and completeness for each title in our catalogue. Ensure source files follow naming/versioning conventions. Text file generation & QC Upload source files to the Sonar Play App and generate clean text files. Skim‑check start/end segments and random spot‑checks to confirm order and completeness. Flag and fix formatting issues (headings, chapter breaks, special characters, quotes, numerals). Audio generation & quality checks Trigger TTS/voice previews and full audio renders. Validate text–audio parity (no missing/duplicated lines, correct pronunciations, punctuation pacing). Run basic audio QC (clicks, dropouts, silence, loudness consistency) and re‑render when needed. Metadata, posters & publishing Prepare and upload metadata (title, author, language, category, tags, synopsis). Generate two AI posters per book (portrait & landscape) following brand guidelines. Upload final assets (text file, MP3, posters) and complete the publishing checklist. Multilingual checks For supported languages (e.g., English/Hindi; others as assigned), verify accurate translation to English and comp leteness in the translated version. Coordinate fixes with translators/tools and re‑validate. Tracking & reporting Maintain progress logs in spreadsheets or project tools. Meet daily throughput goals and report blockers early. What You’ll Bring (Requirements) 0–3 years in content operations, digital publishing, audio/video ops, QA, or similar internships/projects. Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive QA workflows. Working knowledge of Google Workspace/MS Office (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and file management. Basic audio literacy (MP3, bitrate, loudness, waveform/spectrogram basics) — training provided. Languages: English and Hindi (reading/writing). Gujarati is a plus. Ability to follow SOPs and hit daily/weekly targets. Nice to Have Experience with TTS/ASR tools, subtitle/caption QA, or ebook formatting. Familiarity with audio editors (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition) for simple trims/normalization. Prior work in publishing, ed‑tech, or media ops. Exposure to localization or translation QA. Tools You’ll Use Sonar Play App (internal), voice preview/TTS tools. Google Sheets/Docs, Drive, task tracker (Jira/Notion/Trello). AI image tools for posters (we’ll train you). Basic audio utilities (e.g., Audacity) as needed. Success Metrics (90‑Day Outcomes) Throughput: X books/day processed end‑to‑end (target set during onboarding). Quality: ≥99.5% text–audio parity on spot‑checks; ≤1% rework rate after publish. SLA adherence: On‑time delivery against weekly plan.
