As a SCM Functional Consultant, you will require a BE/B.Tech or any equivalent degree with 3 to 6 years of experience. Your role will involve constantly seeking ways to enhance monitoring, identify issues, and deliver better value to customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for carrying out the First Level Analysis of defects, assigning them to the engineering team, reviewing fixes, and planning deployments in the client's production environment.
