Position Manager/ Deputy Manager-Sales

Sourcing Manager

Location Mumbai

Experience 3 + years

Must be from real estate.

Good stability.

Timing 10 - 6:30 PM

Saturday, Sundays will be working

Weekoff will be only mid week.

Sales

To expand the database of channel partners (ICP/ RCP) by increasing width and depth of

this distribution channel

To ensure Sales through Channels (Brokers & Alternate Channels) at all active

projects

Excellent team management skills to motivate the channel sales team
Ensure smooth registration, training, certification & brokerage disbursal for channel

partners

Work closely with team leads and site heads for various promotional offers for

channel

launches

Endeavor to constantly improve the channel partner experience
Must have Good Communication Skills
Must have good experience of Channel /Corporate / Closure sales
Must be a team player Go the extra mile to achieve its targets
For non-industry background, concept of B2B is must
Should have worked on dealer management, distributor management
Experience in Mumbai western suburbs is added advantage.
MBA/ PGDBM (preferred)
Graduation mandatory
