Experience: 10–12 years (with minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLMs)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on AI Architect to lead AI/ML and GenAI solution initiatives. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions leveraging LLM models (GPT, Llama, Mistral, etc.), Vector Databases, and LangChain.

The role involves technical leadership, hands-on coding, pre-sales support, and guiding internal AI competency and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Solutioning & Architecture

• Architect scalable, production-grade AI/ML and GenAI solutions using LLMs, LangChain, and Vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate).
• Fine-tune LLMs (open-source or proprietary) for diverse use cases.
• Build pipelines integrating OCR/NLP with AI-driven workflows.
• Design modular and reusable codebases using Python and ML frameworks.
• Create technical PoCs and solution blueprints for client proposals.

AI & ML Development

• Develop ML/DL models including supervised, unsupervised, and NLP models.
• Implement vector search pipelines using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Build APIs, microservices, and deployment pipelines for AI models.
• Optimize AI workflows on Azure, AWS, or open-source platforms.

Leadership & Mentorship

• Guide and mentor junior developers and AI engineers.
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and model review mechanisms.
• Build internal AI/ML competency through training and centers of excellence.

Client & Pre-Sales Engagement

• Participate in technical discussions and discovery sessions with clients.
• Translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Prepare proposals, solution decks, and demo prototypes.

Product & Innovation

• Drive AI-based product ideas from concept to MVP.
• Define and evolve product technical architecture and roadmap.
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of deployed models.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with GenAI, LLMs (OpenAI GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, etc.)
• Expertise in LangChain, LlamaIndex, and orchestration frameworks
• Hands-on with Python, FastAPI/Flask, PyTorch/TensorFlow
• Strong knowledge of NLP, OCR, Transformers, and Embedding models
• Experience with Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.)
• Proficiency with Azure AI, AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs
• Familiar with MLOps, CI/CD, and prompt engineering

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to multimodal models (text, image, audio)
• Experience with AutoML, RLHF, and fine-tuning (PEFT/LoRA)
• Familiarity with data governance, explainability, and AI ethics
• Knowledge of Databricks, MLflow, Azure ML, Streamlit
• Contributions to open-source AI communities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field
• Certifications in Azure AI, AWS ML, or Google AI are a plus
