Solution Architect

As a highly skilled Solution Architect Expert with expertise in Siemens UADM (Unified Architecture Data Management), you will be an integral part of our dynamic team. Your role will involve designing, integrating, and implementing enterprise-level solutions, with a primary focus on seamless data management through Siemens UADM integration. Your problem-solving mindset, deep understanding of enterprise architectures, and proficiency in Siemens UADM integration will be key to providing expert architectural guidance for complex system integration projects. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of complex Siemens UADM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. You will develop architecture blueprints, integration models, and detailed technical specifications to integrate Siemens UADM with other enterprise systems. Your responsibilities will also include developing scalable, flexible, and robust architectural solutions to address complex data management needs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing integration strategies to ensure seamless connectivity between Siemens UADM and other applications or systems within the enterprise. Designing interfaces and APIs to facilitate smooth data exchange and reducing integration complexities will be essential. Additionally, you will provide expertise in integrating Siemens UADM with third-party tools, platforms, and legacy systems. Collaboration with stakeholders such as business analysts, product managers, and development teams will be crucial in translating business requirements into technical solutions. You will provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior architects and development teams, as well as collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify and address integration challenges. Overseeing the deployment of integrated solutions to meet scalability, performance, and security requirements will be part of your role. You will conduct performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting for deployed UADM solutions and integrations, ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement of system performance and reliability post-deployment. In terms of documentation and best practices, you will develop comprehensive solution documentation, including design specifications, architectural diagrams, and integration guides. You will establish and promote best practices for solution architecture, integration, and deployment, ensuring compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and security protocols. Continuous learning and improvement are essential in this role, requiring you to stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and developments in enterprise architecture and data management. Contributing to knowledge sharing across the organization by providing insights, conducting training sessions, and assisting with technical reviews will be expected. Key Qualifications: - Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience as a Solution Architect with expertise in Siemens UADM - Proven track record in designing and integrating large-scale data management systems - Extensive experience working with complex integrations involving Siemens UADM and other third-party applications Technical Skills: - Expert knowledge of Siemens UADM and related technologies - Strong expertise in system integration techniques, APIs, middleware, and cloud technologies - Proficiency in integration platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, SAP, PLM, ERP, and cloud platforms Leadership Skills: - Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing technical projects - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field Certifications (Preferred): - Siemens UADM certification (or equivalent) - Relevant certifications in integration platforms, cloud technologies, or architecture frameworks Personal Attributes: - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Excellent leadership and mentorship abilities - Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions,
