Software Test Engineer

Job Profile:

Were looking for Software Testing professionals with 1–2 years of Manual Testing experience who are detail-oriented, quick learners, and have strong communication skills for working with international clients. Candidates must be willing to work in US shifts ( 3pm  to 12 am) and demonstrate efficiency, responsibility, and a positive, quality-driven attitude.

What we are looking for in you

• Understand project requirements and assist in creating test plans and test scenarios.
•  Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
•  Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA or similar tools.
•  Collaborate with developers and senior QA members during the test cycle to ensure
  issues are resolved.
•  Participate in review meetings, daily scrums, and sprint planning sessions.
•  Perform regression testing for each release and ensure stability of existing functionality.
•  Ensure proper documentation of test results and maintain test case repositories.
•  Learn and adapt to new testing tools, techniques, and processes under guidance.
•  Contribute to improving overall QA process efficiency and product quality.

Key Skills

• Experience in system-level and application-level testing (web and mobile).
•  Hands-on experience with manual testing including functional, regression, and integration  testing.
•  Knowledge of test planning, test case creation, defect logging, and tracking.
•  Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA processes.
•  Awareness of Agile methodologies and sprint-based testing.
•  Domain understanding of Insurance or Banking is an added advantage.
•  Passionate about software quality and eager to learn and grow within QA.
•  Good communication skills and a great Team player
