Software Support Engineer

You are a dedicated and experienced Software Support Engineer being sought to join our team. This is a Mid-Level, Full-Time, Hybrid position based in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, or Gurgaon. You should possess a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. Your qualifications and skills should include extensive experience in customer service, ensuring client satisfaction by addressing and resolving their software-related issues promptly. Proficiency in software debugging is essential, with a strong ability to identify and fix errors effectively. You must have a strong knowledge of SQL for database management and data manipulation. Exceptional problem-solving skills are required to analyze issues and develop efficient solutions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to interact with clients and team members clearly and professionally. Hands-on experience with Java and J2EE Web Services is important to support our software solutions. You should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Your roles and responsibilities will include providing technical support and guidance to clients, addressing their software-related queries and issues. You will be responsible for debugging and troubleshooting software problems to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime. Collaboration with the development team is essential to resolve complex issues and improve software performance. You will maintain and update technical documentation to keep all stakeholders informed. Monitoring and analyzing system performance to identify potential issues and implementing preventive measures will be part of your duties. You will assist in software deployment and configuration to meet client requirements and expectations. Training and mentoring junior support engineers to enhance the overall technical support capability is also expected.
