Software Quality Analyst

You will be working as a Software Tester at PSQUARE COMPANY, a dynamic startup specializing in developing simple and elegant software solutions for big companies. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and bug tracking documents. - Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. - Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies. - Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide testing feedback. - Participate in requirement and design review meetings. - Ensure that applications meet business and technical requirements. - Prepare and maintain test data, and test results documentation. - Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality. - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide necessary documentation and assistance. - Utilize best testing techniques for the software. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven work experience as a QA Tester with expertise in manual testing. - Knowledge in automation testing is a plus. - Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and agile processes. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. PSQUARE COMPANY offers a Full-time job opportunity based in Mohali. The working schedule is from Monday to Friday, with day shifts starting at 9:30 am and ending at 6:30 pm.
