Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Project Manager, based in Raipur. The Software Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of software projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Tasks include managing teams, conducting requirements analysis, allocating resources, and monitoring project progress. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensuring smooth communication across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Software Project Management and Project Management methodologies
• Strong foundation in Software Development and Requirements Analysis
• Possess excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, prioritize tasks, and manage resources effectively
• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in Agile or similar project management frameworks is a plus
