Job Description

  • Project description You will be working in the GCTO Core Platform Engineering SDLC Security crew as a software engineer.
  • Responsibilities
  • Actively working in Core Platform Engineering SDLC Security Crew initiatives
  • Skills Must have
  • Ideally 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Golang Developer
  • Deep expertise with the Golang programming language and design patterns
  • Expertise in cloud native microservice architecture and understanding of distributed systems
  • Experience/understanding of event streaming/querying technologies (Kafka or similar)
  • Experience implementing test automation
  • Familiarity with a broad range of platforms, technologies, and tools, specifically GitLab, Linux,
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Container
  • Experience with public cloud Azure is a plus
  • Understanding of security and regulatory concerns common in banking environments, particularly regarding the software supply chain, is a plus
  • Working experience in Agile methodologies (SCRUM, XP, Kanban) is a plus Nice to have
  • Knowledge about security basics (OpenID Connect, OAUTH2, JWT, TLS) and desire to learn more
  • Experience working with relational and non-relational databases, e.g., PostgreSQL, Azure Cosmos DB
  • Experience working with logging and monitoring tools, e.g., Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana
  • Unix/Linux server management
