Job Description

As a developer for the Order & Execution Management System, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain the system to meet business requirements throughout the software development lifecycle. You will work independently to produce high-quality code and collaborate effectively with other teams such as Development, QA, and Support. Ensuring full compliance with CLSA and other regulatory requirements will also be a key aspect of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing C# .Net applications using technologies such as WPF, TPL, multithreading, and asynchronous programming. Your tasks will include translating application storyboards and use cases into functional applications, building efficient and reliable code, and optimizing application performance and quality. You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing bottlenecks and bugs in the system. Additionally, familiarity with agile development practices, unit testing, and UI automation frameworks (such as NUnit, AutoFixture, FlaUI, SpecFlow) will be beneficial for this role. Knowledge of WPF Dev-Express controls is considered a plus. Overall, as a key member of the development team, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing enhancement and maintenance of the Order & Execution Management System, ensuring its effectiveness, performance, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.,
