Software Development Lead

As a Software Development Lead at ISS STOXX in Mumbai (Goregaon East), your role involves having a solid background in SQL, JAVA, React, and Python. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining systems while mentoring and managing the team. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent. - 6-9 years of experience in SQL, JAVA, React, Python, and team management. - Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server. - Design databases, write complex SQL queries, and optimize performance. - Familiar with data pipeline using Python. - Willingness to work on data visualization libraries. - Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming. - Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes. - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Solid team management skills. - Ability to gather requirements from global teams. - Thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Flexible to work in 11/12 to 8/9 pm timings. Good to have: - Familiarity with Capital markets and Mutual funds industry. - Experience with BI tools like SSRS and dashboard tools. - Knowledge of JavaScript/.NET. - Proactive approach towards business growth. - Basic familiarity with Agile Scrum processes.
