Summary:
As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with team members, applying your expertise in various technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs and project requirements. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and optimizing processes to enhance system performance and reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate knowledge sharing among team members to enhance overall team performance.- Assist in the development of project documentation and technical specifications.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and ETL processes.- Experience in designing and implementing data warehouses and data marts.- Familiarity with database management and optimization strategies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).- This position is based at our Mumbai office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
