Summary:We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to drive excellence in Systems Engineering, Functional Safety, and Validation across Body, Chassis, and HVAC domains in next-generation automotive platforms. This role combines strategic oversight of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Model-Based Design (MBD), and safety-critical systems, with hands-on leadership in automation, cockpit systems, and global validation programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, cross-domain leadership, and a passion for innovation in embedded systems, safety compliance, and intelligent vehicle technologies.
Roles & Responsibilities:1.Systems & Functional Safety Leadership:Drive MBSE initiatives, system architecture, and Model-Based Design for Body, Chassis, and HVAC systems, ensuring ISO 26262 / IEC 61508 compliance and end-to-end safety lifecycle ownership.2.Validation & Automation Expert:Lead global validation programs, develop scalable test automation frameworks, and apply ML/data analytics for performance insights in mechanical, thermal, and vehicle dynamics domains.3.Cockpit & Infotainment Solutions:Architect and validate digital cockpit and infotainment systems, integrating UI/UX, security, compliance, and localization requirements.4.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Client Engagement:Partner with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and distributed engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions, manage vendor relationships, and drive knowledge sharing.5.Team Development & Innovation:Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams while pioneering digital twin technologies, thermal modeling, and indigenous feature developmentProfessional & Technical Skills:
1.18-23 years of experience in automotive systems engineering, validation, and functional safety across Body, Chassis, HVAC, and Cockpit domains.2.Expertise in ISO 26262, ASPICE, and systems engineering principles.3.Proficiency in SysML, MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, and safety analysis techniques.4.Strong command of CAN, LIN, GMLAN, diagnostics, and communication protocols.5.Hands-on experience with tools like DOORS, Polarion, JIRA, dSPACE, ETAS-INCA, Vector CANoe, vehicleSpy6.Exposure to AUTOSAR, embedded systems, and real-time software.7.Familiarity with ISO/SAE 21434 cybersecurity standards.8.Experience in Agile, SAFe, and V-model development environments.9.Experience in benchmarking and indigenous equipment development
