This involves developing innovative solutions for functional and integration testing, end-to-end testing across product suites, and evolving development frameworks. Additionally, you will leverage Oracle AI tools to enhance development and automation processes, driving intelligent solutions throughout the product lifecycle. Collaboration with various teams such as Product Strategy, Product Management, Development, Services, Support, and customers is crucial for gaining insights into requirements, deployment environments, and real-world use cases. Your role will involve integrating AI-driven solutions to optimize feature development and automation testing, ensuring robust, scalable, and high-quality product releases. Moreover, you will support the continuous delivery model in cloud environments to contribute to a fast-paced, agile development cycle. This product facilitates manufacturers in making informed safety decisions, ensuring global compliance, and integrating risk management into critical processes to achieve operational efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate for this position will be a development and automation specialist with a results-driven mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality products used by major pharmaceutical companies. You should possess experience and hands-on expertise, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to working with product development teams. Your responsibilities will span end-to-end automation, ensuring software development and automation solutions meet rigorous quality standards while enhancing development cycle efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining frameworks using modern technologies like Java, JavaScript, Selenium, WebDriverIO, and CI/CD tools to facilitate efficient automated testing for multiple Oracle Health Sciences products. Your expertise in programming languages such as JAVA, JavaScript, and React will be pivotal. Additionally, familiarity with cloud environments and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is preferred. Collaboration with cross-functional and central teams to enhance the quality, reliability, and scalability of multiple products is a key aspect of this role. You will actively participate in defect management and resolution, work on automation tools and standards, lead complex project tasks, mentor junior engineers, stay updated on technology trends, and adhere to Agile SDLC and industry compliance standards. To thrive in this position, you should hold a Bachelors (B.S.) or Masters (M.S.) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or possess equivalent relevant experience. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software engineering, testing, or a related technical role is required, with a proven ability to develop and optimize software features and test automation solutions. Strong development experience with programming languages, proficiency in XML, RESTful Web services, HL7 standards, Git, CI practices, and automation tools are essential qualifications.
