Software Developer

We are looking for a talented Odoo Developer / Python Developer to join our growing technical team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Odoo module development, customization, and integration, along with strong knowledge of Python programming.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality Odoo applications and custom business solutions that improve efficiency and productivity for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Website, eCommerce, etc.).
• Create new features and functionalities as per client requirements.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
• Migrate data and modules between Odoo versions.
• Perform technical analysis, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, UI/UX designers, and QA teams.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Provide technical documentation and post-deployment support.

Required Skills & Technologies

Core Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python and Odoo Framework (v12 – v17)
• Experience with PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, and QWeb templates
• Understanding of Odoo ORM, controllers, and server-side logic
• Experience with Odoo.sh or self-hosted Odoo environments
• Familiar with Git / GitHub / GitLab for version control
