Job Description

Develops, Architects and designs scalable microservices-based applications with a strong focus on security and performance.

Collaborates cross-functional teams across development, QA, DevOps, and product management.

Drive end-to-end software development lifecycle forSaaS and cloud-native platforms.

Ensure engineering discipline and quality through CI/CD pipelines usingJenkins, Docker, and other modern tools.

Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical strategy with business goals.

Guide and mentor professionals across teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Adapt communication styles to influence stakeholders and conclude complex negotiations.

Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise

10+ years of strong hands-on experience in Ruby, Golang, Elixir, Scala, Spark, Java, Ruby on Rails

Proven expertise in microservices architecture

Solid understanding of application security, web applications, and cloud-native services

Experience with Jenkins, Docker, HTML, JavaScript

Demonstrated success in building and deploying SaaS solutions on cloud platforms

Preferred technical and professional experience Preferred Expertise

Recognized as a domain expert with the ability to lead special projects or manage departments

Experience influencing executive management and navigating complex organizational dynamics

Proven track record of delivering programs with multi-functional, regional teams

Deep understanding of IBM’s functional, business unit, or country operations
