Role Overview: As a Product Engineer Owner at Entrext, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of developing and managing a micro-SaaS product. This includes generating and refining product ideas, conducting rapid validation, defining product roadmap and features, collaborating with engineering and design teams, launching the product, measuring key metrics, iterating based on data and feedback, owning the product's P&L, collaborating with other teams to scale, and taking ownership of the product's success. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and refine product ideas aligned with the company's vision and market opportunity. - Conduct rapid validation through market research, customer interviews, and MVP testing. - Define product roadmap, features, UX/UI, and metrics. - Work with engineering/design teams to build MVP quickly and deploy in weeks. - Launch the product, measure key metrics such as activation, retention, and revenue. - Iterate based on data and feedback, and pivot if necessary. - Own product P&L including pricing, growth, customer acquisition, and churn. - Collaborate across teams including marketing, sales, and support to scale the product effectively. - Take full ownership of your product's success, embracing both opportunities and risks. Qualifications Required: - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment. - Prior experience in launching SaaS or product-based businesses, including side-projects. - Strong analytical skills with a passion for metrics, growth, and experimentation. - Technical/product expertise to engage effectively with engineering, design, and QA teams. - Comfortable wearing multiple hats from brainstorming to customer support. - Ownership attitude, treating the product as your own company.
