Key Responsibilities: - Strong level of experience in IT software development is essential - Excellent hands-on technology skills including Java, Spring framework, REST, Microservices, Linux, Databases, Web services, MQ, and Kafka - Proven ability to develop enterprise-level software solutions using tools like Source Control, Build Tools (e.g., Maven), TDD, etc. - Self-driven, proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication skills - Technical ownership of the team and user stories transition through the software development lifecycle - Undertake impact assessment of change requests against API Portals and Platforms components - Collaborate with other component design and build teams to ensure strategic end-to-end system design and principles are adhered to - Experience with deployment tools, particularly Jenkins and CICD Qualifications Required: - Risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital, and technology skills - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project management - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders - Stay updated with industry technology trends and evaluate new approaches for improving outcomes This role is based in Pune. The purpose of the role is to efficiently manage the delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. You will be accountable for managing project delivery, resource allocation, and improvement, using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Additionally, you will collaborate with customers, software engineers, quality teams, product managers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products aligned with the bank's objectives, regulations, and security policies. Risk assessment, mitigation, and change management are also important aspects of the role.
