Soft Skills Trainer

The role involves travelling across the country to visit schools to conduct workshops ,Seminar and Quality checks . Organize and lead regular meetings with team members to discuss progress, challenges, and upcoming tasks. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to enhance the academic experience for students. Daily Updates Management: Collect and consolidate daily updates from team members regarding lesson plans, student progress, and other relevant academic activities. Monitor and track the progress of various academic initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met. Provide regular reports to the management on the status of different projects and team activities. Academic Planning and Execution: Assist in the development and implementation of academic schedules, curriculum plans, and other educational initiatives. Support teachers and staff in the preparation of teaching materials, assessments, and other academic resources. Ensure that all academic activities align with the institution's educational goals and standards. Problem Solving and Support: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within or between academic teams. Provide support and guidance to teachers and team members to enhance their performance and efficiency. Communication and Reporting: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including teachers, management, and students.
