You are a talented, passionate, and highly motivated Team Leader with a background in C++ and Swift Development, sought to join the Software macOS agent Team. This role is ideal for a highly experienced lead developer well-versed in the networking and security domains. As a crucial part of our R&D, you will collaborate with a driven team of agents and the software group responsible for various desktop and mobile device agents. Check Point, a prominent player in the network security realm, is dedicated to delivering the foremost SASE platform in the market. Our innovative approach, amalgamating cloud and on-device protection, is reshaping how businesses connect in the age of cloud and remote work. Your primary responsibilities will include leading and developing scalable and secure agents on the Mac OS platform, researching and conducting Proof of Concept (POC) on new technologies, collaborating with developers from other agent teams and backend teams, mentoring junior employees on design aspects, and initiating innovative solutions to meet business requirements. To excel in this role, you should hold a BS/MS in CS/CE or a related field, possessing a minimum of 16+ years of software development experience and 2-3 years of team leadership experience. Additionally, you should have at least 8 years of development experience on Mac OS and Swift, 8 years of experience in C++ development, familiarity with Networking protocols, architecture and design of distributed services, macOS network extensions, multithreading, async tasks, sockets programming, and a profound understanding of design patterns.,
