This role will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability of our Snowflake data platform while also supporting legacy SQL Server systems. : 0816 years of total experience in database administration. 06+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake DBA activities. Strong expertise in Snowflake architecture, performance tuning, data sharing, and security. : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent communication and documentation skills Interested candidates can apply with their updated resume. Role & responsibilities : : Administer, monitor, and optimize Snowflake databases, warehouses, and user access. Implement best practices for Snowflake performance tuning, data sharing, and security features. Perform Snowflake account management, resource monitoring, and cost optimization. Automate routine Snowflake maintenance tasks using Snowflake Tasks, Streams, and Procedures. Implement and manage data replication, backup, and recovery strategies within Snowflake. Manage role-based access control (RBAC) and enforce compliance/security policies. Collaborate with data engineering teams to support ETL/ELT pipelines and optimize queries. Work as a secondary SQL Server DBA for on-premises environments supporting: SQL Server installation, configuration, patching Performance tuning, backup & recovery High availability (AlwaysOn, clustering), replication & mirroring Security administration and troubleshooting. Preferred candidate profile Willing to Rotational Shifts (05:30 PM to 02:30 AM) & (10:30 PM to 07:30 AM) Cab facility provided Should have hands on Snowflake DBA experience
