The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the engineering processes, driving quality improvement initiatives, optimizing production, and maintaining equipment for maximum efficiency and uptime. Product Quality Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve product quality by utilizing tools such as: 4M Analysis (Man, Machine, Method, and Material) Why-Why Analysis Kaizen (Continuous improvement) Poka-Yoke (Mistake-proofing) Quality Control Circles (QCC) 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety) Production Optimization: Implement system and cycle time studies to optimize production. Line balancing for increased production efficiency through TPS (Toyota Production System) activities. Root Cause Analysis & Troubleshooting: Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and lead troubleshooting efforts to minimize defects and improve product reliability. Preventive Maintenance Management: Ensure that all equipment follows a preventive maintenance (PM) schedule and that the PM procedures are strictly adhered to, avoiding equipment breakdowns. Production Monitoring: Monitor daily production defects, droppage, and scrap to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to production standards. Expertise in PANASONIC Equipment : Proficiency with PANASONIC CM602 and NPM Mounter systems, including their operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. SMT Equipment Knowledge: Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with the installation, operation, and maintenance of SMT equipment, including: Jutze AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) Reflow ovens Router machines Downtime Monitoring & Line Performance: Monitor and improve production line performance, ensuring minimal downtime and continuous workflow. Program Development: Develop new programs for: Pick and Place machines (PANASONIC CM602 & NPM-D3) SPI, AOI, and Router machines Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in SMT or electronic manufacturing services. Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing SMT production lines. Expertise in quality improvement processes, root cause analysis, and equipment maintenance in SMT operations. Hands-on experience with PANASONIC SMT machines and other industry-standard SMT equipment. Prior experience in driving lean manufacturing initiatives, preferably with TPS principles. Requirements: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Deep understanding of manufacturing best practices and quality control methodologies. Title: SAP MDG Consultant (Functional / Technical) Location: Pan India (Hybrid) Mode: Permanent with Nexucon Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Functional Consultant to join our team and support end-to-end implementation and support activities for SAP Master Data Governance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring MDG for various master data domains, particularly Material, Business Partner (Customer/Vendor), or Finance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and/or support the design and configuration of SAP MDG solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Configure data models, UI models, and workflows in SAP MDG. Implement BRF+ rules for validations, derivations, and workflow routing. Ensure seamless data replication and integration with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and other systems. Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and UAT. Prepare and maintain project documentation including Functional Specs, Configuration Docs, and User Manuals. Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvements. Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and interface design. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of SAP experience, with SAP MDG Functional. Strong knowledge in one or more MDG domains (e.g., MDG-M, MDG-BP, MDG-F). Experience to handle Product functions and also check their quality and working properly or not also Inspect various machinery, tools and materials involved in the process to make sure that they are working properly. Monitor the work of individual and to make sure that the work being done with good quality. Experience with solder printers, solder re flow, cleaners, and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems. Experience with testing (Bend test, Vibration, Drop etc.). Knowledge of machining processes along with tooling and design Experience. Experience with the specification, selection and validation of equipment for a manufacturing environment. Experience with SMT Engineering with high reliability/ high stability electronic products a plus. Experience in new product introduction and implementation of continuous improvements on existing products involving complex electronic systems. Desired Candidate Profile Mid-level engineer with Minimum qualification required B. Tech / Diploma minimum 2- 5 years experience or advanced technical degree with less years of experience. Preferred Experienced SMT / Mobile /telecom/ manufacturing. 1-3+ years of experience with SMT PCB Assembly environments or semiconductor backend processes in a production cleanroom environment is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills with confidence rounded Thinker Requires a minimum of a Bachelors degree in a related field (i.e., Mobile, Materials, SMT, Production, Manufacturing, and Electronics) or the equivalent in technical training courses and 1-5+ years of relevant experience.
