Sitecore Developer

The ideal candidate should possess 3 to 8 years of work experience with proven software development expertise in Sitecore. The role requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in developing applications with ASP.NET MVC, C#, Sitecore, JSON, and JQuery/JavaScript. Strong familiarity with Sitecore CMS implementation, development, integration, optimization, and upgrades is essential. Proficiency in SQL database queries & stored procedures, as well as excellent command over Oops concepts, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, Entity Framework, and SQL Server, is necessary. Candidates must hold a B.E / B.Tech/MCA or equivalent technical qualification and exhibit good communication skills, teamwork abilities, and individual performance capabilities. The successful candidate should demonstrate a passion for best design and coding practices, a desire to innovate, and a keen interest in technology with a hunger for continuous learning and self-improvement. Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities are highly valued, along with being a Sitecore Certified Professional Developer, which is an added advantage. Key responsibilities include writing clean, well-designed code, building efficient, testable, and reusable modules, debugging and problem-solving on existing applications/programs, integrating user-facing elements developed by front-end developers, engaging in client communication, and ensuring project success with a client-centric approach. Active participation in knowledge-sharing activities and a commitment to self-improvement are expected.
