Responsibilities:
● Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects
● Manage and supervise a team of construction workers
● Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
● Manage project budgets and timeliness
● Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
● Resolve project issues and problems
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction field
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Valid driving license
● Willing to travel for work
