Fiserv Signature Platform Support Engineer Experience: 3.3 to 9 years Location: Mumbai / Bangalore We are hiring experienced professionals for L2/L3 support on Fiserv Signature platform . This is a managed services role requiring on-call support for high-priority incidents. Key Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 support across Signature CBS modules Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure system stability Perform RCA, patching, upgrades, and release deployments Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and integrations Must-Have Skills: 2+ years of Fiserv Signature platform experience (CBS, CRS, Branch Teller, Evolution Microservices, Communicator, Frontier Reconciliation) Strong in platform configuration and incident/problem management Hands-on with AppDynamics , Splunk , Oracle , and SQL Knowledge of ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change Management) Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
