Role Overview: As a Front-End Developer at our company, your primary responsibility will be to design and develop custom Shopify themes from scratch based on specific business requirements. You will work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement effective ecommerce solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating and troubleshooting existing themes to enhance performance, incorporate new Shopify features, and conduct thorough testing to ensure responsiveness and optimization across various devices. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop custom Shopify themes from scratch according to specific business requirements. - Regularly update and troubleshoot existing themes to improve performance and incorporate new Shopify features. - Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement effective ecommerce solutions. - Test functionality and browser compatibility to ensure responsiveness and optimization for various devices. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Strong understanding of Shopify's core technologies and ability to create advanced, dynamic web interfaces. - Experience with Shopify Theme Kit and Slate. - Familiarity with Shopify's development tools and ecosystem. - Knowledge of SEO best practices and their implications on front-end development. - Skills in optimizing websites for maximum speed and scalability. - Ability to create designs that are compatible across desktop, mobile, and various devices. - Eagerness to innovate and enhance project outcomes. - Effective collaboration with development teams and across departments. - Positive and patient approach to customer service, focusing on issue resolution and timely project updates.
