We are seeking a Senior AEM Developer to support our Adobe AEM platform and develop enterprise-level digital experiences. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing every aspect of the AEM tech stack and designing/developing all layers of our applications. We require your commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and delivering high-quality products. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites and custom applications on the Adobe AEM platform. Collaborating with other developers and end users is essential to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction. You must adhere to web standards, governance, and provide input on application development and change management methodologies. Aligning site design with industry standards, best practices, device and browser support is crucial. You will develop strong customer relationships to drive positive change and contribute to defining and implementing IT solutions. Additionally, actively managing our AEM environments to ensure system health and resilience will be part of your role. Your responsibilities will also include diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to AEM environments and their components, as well as modernizing and updating legacy applications. You should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of web application development experience. Requirements: - 5+ years of web application development experience (front and backend) - 3+ years of experience with AEM Sites and Assets version 6 or above - Experience in custom component and servlet development - Deep knowledge of the AEM filesystem, node types, and package manager - Familiarity with AEM archetypes, core components, and ACS Commons - Understanding of the end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing/deployment, and delivery processes - Comfortable with Linux and Apache web server for AEM Dispatcher configuration - Experience with Cloud Manager and AEM as a Cloud Service - Understanding of internal AEM APIs and query builder - Strong web technology skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Angular - Hands-on experience with the Azure cloud platform and related DevOps processes; AWS experience is a plus Competencies and Success Factors: - Decision Quality: Making good and timely decisions to keep the organization moving forward - Manages Complexity: Making sense of complex information to effectively solve problems - Plans & Aligns: Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals - Drives Results: Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances - Collaborates: Building partnerships and working collaboratively to meet shared objectives Location: India, Hyderabad,
