Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

ServiceNow Developer

to design, develop, and implement custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, including workflows, business rules, integrations, and system configurations. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application functionality and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Customization:
Design and implement custom applications, workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.
Integration:
Integrate ServiceNow with internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, and web services.
Configuration Management:
Configure ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow modules to align with business needs.
Troubleshooting & Support:
Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance of ServiceNow applications.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and customizations.
Collaboration:
Work with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Conduct system and integration testing to validate the quality and functionality of ServiceNow implementations.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and best practices in ServiceNow development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a

ServiceNow Developer

with expertise in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications. Proficiency in

JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS

. Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems via

REST, SOAP, and other web services

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams. ServiceNow certifications such as

Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)

are highly desirable. Ability to work in a

team-oriented environment

, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Familiarity with

Agile methodologies

(Scrum, Kanban) and best development practices.
