Job Summary

A ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. Here are the key responsibilities and skills required for this role:

Key Responsibilities

Customizing ServiceNow Applications modifying the user interface, workflows, and functionalities to align with business needsDeveloping and Implementing Solutions designing solution architecture, coding, testing, deploying, and providing documentationTroubleshooting and Support Fixing bugs, providing technical support, and enhancing application performanceIntegration and Automation integrating ServiceNow with other systems via APIs, web services, and automating processes using workflows and orchestrationsCollaboration and Communication working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to understand requirements and deliver solutions

Required Skills

Technical Proficiency Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, JavaScript, and web technologies like HTML, CSS, and XMLProblem-Solving Skills Ability to think critically, analyse problems, and develop effective solutionsCommunication Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey ideas, understand requirements, and provide supportProject Management Skills Ability to plan work, manage time, meet deadlines, and deliver quality workServiceNow Certification in ServiceNow Administration, Implementation, or Application Creation is a plusITIL Foundation Understanding of ITIL framework and best practices is desirableMinimum 3-10+ years*: Experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customizationExperience with ServiceNow modules like

ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CMDB, TPRM, SPM, PPM, GRC, SecOps

and development tools like Flow Designer and Studio IDE
