Job Description

At least 10+ years of experience in implementation in ServiceNow, Architecture/Design / end to end platform roll out
Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations and priorities. Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities
At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow- Core development , portal & employee Center development .
Extensive Experience with multiple standard and custom integrations for ServiceNow .
Extensive Experience to design , develop and support automation features with ServiceNow and third party system integration
Should have built CDM or CSDM models for different customer base
Have done multiple API based, Plugin based, Orchestration based integrations between ServiceNow and other COTS products.
At least 6 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
Lead ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution.
Extensive working experience of implementing complex virtual chat bot and other ITSM Pro features.
Lead ServiceNow implementations in a domain separated environment and multi-vendor environment
Manages development efforts pertaining to modules of the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, including support for newly developed modules / products
Participates in the configuration of new applications or suites during planning, development, and rollout phases
Contributes to the strategic development of new platform customizations, as needed, based on customer needs
Participates in the collection and implementation of tool requirements and investigates as necessary to determine the best solution or configuration options available based on the specific requirement

Certification ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow Admin Certified, ServiceNow Implementation specialist in ITSM or ITOM or ITBM is must
