Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Gurugram. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, performing maintenance and repairs on EV charging stations, and offering field service to ensure optimal operation. Daily tasks will include diagnosing issues, conducting regular inspections, and communicating effectively with customers and internal teams to address and resolve technical problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Panel work wiring
• Installation of AC and DC Chargers
• After sale service
• Maintain record of tickets (service)
• Field job (PAN India)
• DL Compulsory

Qualifications

• Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Field Service skills
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair of technical equipment
• Strong Communication skills for effective customer and team interactions
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Gurugram
• Experience in the EV industry is a plus
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in engineering or related fields
