Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and resolve incidents efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Support service desk operations by providing timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
Utilize ServiceNow to track manage and resolve incidents and service requests.
Implement and maintain Windows-based systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system issues and improvements.
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to prevent downtime.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Document and maintain accurate records of incidents resolutions and system changes.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance service delivery.
Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members to ensure a smooth transition.
Work closely with provider and payer domain experts to tailor IT solutions to meet specific business needs.

Qualifications

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with a focus on incident management and resolution.
Exhibit proficiency in using ServiceNow for tracking and managing IT service requests.
Possess a solid understanding of Windows operating systems and related technologies.
Show excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and end-users.
Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential system issues.
Have a keen interest in staying updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.
Experience in provider and payer domains is a plus enhancing the ability to deliver tailored solutions
