Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve incidents efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Support service desk operations by providing timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
  • Utilize ServiceNow to track manage and resolve incidents and service requests.
  • Implement and maintain Windows-based systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system issues and improvements.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to prevent downtime.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of incidents resolutions and system changes.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Work closely with provider and payer domain experts to tailor IT solutions to meet specific business needs.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with a focus on incident management and resolution.
  • Exhibit proficiency in using ServiceNow for tracking and managing IT service requests.
  • Possess a solid understanding of Windows operating systems and related technologies.
  • Show excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and end-users.
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential system issues.
  • Have a keen interest in staying updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.
  • Experience in provider and payer domains is a plus enhancing the ability to deliver tailored solutions
