Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-friendly Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from vehicle check-in to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
• Record customer complaints clearly and accurately.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work.
• Explain service details, repairs, and cost estimates to customers.
• Maintain service records, job cards, and billing details.
• Handle customer queries and ensure high satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers on service reminders and feedback.
• Manage workflow and ensure vehicles are delivered on time.

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic technical knowledge of vehicles (added advantage).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literacy for maintaining service records.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn (fresher friendly).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
