We are looking for Junior ServiceNow Developer to support the configuration, development, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who has foundational knowledge of ServiceNow through training, internships, or prior hands-on experience and is eager to grow within the platform ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Assist with basic configuration tasks in ServiceNow such as forms, lists, tables, and UI policies. Support the maintenance of ServiceNow modules like Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management . Create and update Service Catalog items and workflows using Flow Designer . Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment of platform updates and features. Assist in gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders and translating them into technical tasks. Troubleshoot minor issues, escalate unresolved problems to senior developers or platform leads.
