Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail, responsible for creating engaging and impactful video content that resonates with our audience. This role will involve working closely with directors, producers, and other team members to bring creative concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content that meets quality and branding standards.
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and content creators to develop creative video concepts.
• Enhance video content with graphics, music, sound effects, and other multimedia elements.
• Manage and organize media files, ensuring efficient workflow and project management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques to improve video quality and engagement.
• Work with the marketing team to optimize video content for various platforms and distribution channels.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior video editors, supporting their growth and development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Media Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional video editing experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong knowledge of color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Excellent storytelling skills and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Experience in the edtech sector is a plus.
