Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Verification Manager to lead our IP development team in Synopsys (India) Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in verification and IP development, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive verification plans for IP development projects.
Lead and manage a team of verification engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize verification requirements.
Design and develop testbenches and testcases for complex digital circuits.
Analyze and debug verification results to identify and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in verification.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of verification methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with design verification and IP development is highly desirable.
