Senior Software Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Own the

  entire product codebase

  and ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-quality development.
• Lead the

  end-to-end development

  using

  Spring Boot, ReactJS, SQL, and full-stack technologies

  .
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
  
• Handle

  L1 and L2 customer support tickets

  , providing timely resolutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with

  cross-functional teams

  including product, design, QA, and operations to deliver business outcomes.
• Participate in

  Agile ceremonies

  , contribute to sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead by example through clean coding practices, code reviews, and high ownership.
  
• Be available for

  client demos and occasional travel

  when required.
• Maintain a

  sharp focus on product quality, reliability, and performance

  .

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience

  in software development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in

  Spring Boot, ReactJS, SQL, and full-stack development

  .
• Proven experience in

  owning products/codebases

  end-to-end.
• Prior experience

  mentoring and leading engineers

  .
• Excellent

  problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills

  .
• Strong verbal and written

  English communication skills

  .
• Experience working in

  Agile methodology

  .
• Ability to handle

  customer communications (L1 & L2 support)

  effectively.
• Willingness to work

  in-person from our Hyderabad office

  .

Good to Have

• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  
• Prior experience in

  client-facing roles
