As a ServiceNow Developer, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - ServiceNow Implementation, Upgrade, and maintenance - Day to day administration of ServiceNow - Maintaining business services and configuration item relationships - Developing and managing application code, user interface, and third-party integration components - Creating necessary development documentation such as project plans, technical designs, developer notes, and user manuals - Performing core configuration tasks including system policies, business rules, and client scripts - Managing data with Tables, CMDB, Import Sets, and Update Sets - Creating Workflow activities and approvals - Performing migration activities Dev to QA, QA to Prod - Coordinating Service Catalog options - Investigating performance issues and troubleshooting tools - Integrating with third-party applications like SPLUNK, APP Dynamics using REST, WSDL, JSON - Providing post-rollout production support - Handling Bug Fixes and Enhancement requests - Working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists - Expertise in JavaScript, JQuery, prototype, and Jelly scripting - Knowledge of scripts in ServiceNow and their order of execution - Working with email notifications, inbound actions, reports, gauges, and home pages - Creating catalog items, wizards, record producers, interceptors, user guides - Customizing complex workflows and custom workflow activities - Utilizing transform maps, data sources, and different transform scripts for data loads and management - Managing schedule jobs, events, and triggers - Customizing UI and UI macros - Implementing performance changes by converting sync server calls to async and utilizing scratchpad You are appreciated for suggesting and successfully implementing performance changes throughout different modules of ServiceNow.,
